Return And Refund policy
We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from GemAstra.com. Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund / Replacement or Exchange. you have to drop a e-mail at support@GemAstra.com,to take a request number( to write in return form) for a return, within a period of 15 days ,from the date of delivery.


Please Note:
• Item(s) must be in their actual recived packaging, original sealed forum, unused condition, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
• We do not refund if you change your mind however we can arrange a replacement or exchange.
• Refund is subject to original and legal defect only.
• Sealed products will not taken back after sealed open & loose gemstone are not returnable.
• Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
• Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchange/money back.
• Customized order (order on request/any size alteration etc) will not be entertained for any type of returns.
• The return/money back amount will be as determined by our team at GemAstra.com. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes are used during the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes.
• Where any refund is due under these terms, we will use the same payment mode that you used to make the transaction or, where this is not possible.
• The payment shall be made by way of an account payee Cheque, / NEFT within 3 days of receipt of product along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.

In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the old product before dispatch.

We are committed to ensure your full satisfaction with respect to the Products available on our site.

If you return a product in accordance with mentioned above, you may choose to receive a replacement, a refund or a credit to your account with us.

If the Products become faulty after 3 days but within 15 days of receipt, we will offer our choice of a refund, replacement or repair unless we, at our sole discretion, determine that the fault has arisen through misuse of the Products. We are not liable for returned Products which are lost in transit, so it is important that you use an insured delivery method. Except for faulty Products, you are responsible for the cost of returning Products to us, and if we arrange for our courier to collect we will deduct these costs from any refund or charge you for them.

These terms will apply to any repair or replacement Products we supply to you.

We are sure that you will love your products from Gemastra and treasure for years to come. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us for a returns number, complete the returns form enclosed with your goods and send them back for a refund or replacement.

Depending on your location, your customer care officer would guide you various return options available to you.

All items come with a 15 day guarantee, starting on the day you receive your product.

Important:
1.Product tags must not be removed.
2.All original packaging and the authenticity certificate must be included with the return.
3.If product tags are removed and the seal is opened the items will be non-returnable.

How to Return:
• Call GemAstra within 3 days to receive your return request number and write it on your returns slip received with product or arrange from customer care by email.
• Securely package your return.
• Cut out and attach the returns slip to your return.
• Please use a fully insured and tractable method of postage to return items.

If you feel enable to postage to return, then Call us on +91-11-45567883 Tell us your order number and request for a reverse pickup. Or Drop an email on support@GemAstra.com; we will contact you to confirm the reverse pickup.

If there is no reverse pickup service available at your location, you would be asked to ship the product back to us at your cost. However, you would be given a gift voucher of 100 rupees to compensate you for the cost incurred. You can use your gift voucher in your next purchase.

Your order for purchase constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed on the GemAstra. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon the dispatch of the Products ordered.

No complaint regarding damaged/defective Products would be entertained unless the complaint is lodged with us after the receipt of the Product within 12 hours after delivery of the Product.

No act or omission by us prior to the actual dispatch of the Products ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer. If you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm the receipt of your order and will subsequently confirm the dispatch which will be the acceptance of your offer. -products purchased in a offer will not be retuned or exchanged

Any product you buy from our GemAstra is completely at your discretion and you accept that you place the order only after thoroughly enquiring about the product and being completely acquainted about the product, its features, characteristics, usage etc. We are not liable for any kind of damages or losses whatsoever suffered by you due to the use of the Product.

The liability of the Company shall be capped to the extent of the cost paid by you for the Product acquired via a Platform.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL:
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (natural or unnatural).
